2025 BMW M2 Paint Protection Film & Ceramic Coating
The Supreme Team had the opportunity to protect a seriously fun car this week, a 2025 BMW M2 Performance Coupe. A car like this is built to be driven, but the paint and front end can take a beating fast if you do not get ahead of it.
They chose a full protection setup we offer for performance cars: Track Package PPF installation, paint correction, and a 3-year System X ceramic coating that includes glass and wheel coating.
Get the Paint Dialed In First
We started with a 1-step paint correction to clean up the finish and bring out the full clarity in the paint. A 1-step paint correction is a smart choice for cars in good condition because it refines the surface, improves gloss, and sets the stage for the best possible results with coating and film.
PPF Where It Matters Most
After correction, we moved into the Track Package PPF installation. This package is designed to protect the areas that take the most abuse on a performance car, especially one that sees spirited driving, highway miles, or track days.
PPF is the smart move because it lets the film take the hit instead of your paint. It helps preserve the look of the car now and protects resale value down the road.
Ceramic Coating for Long-Term Protection & Gloss
Once the PPF was installed, we applied a 3-year System X ceramic coating to lock in gloss and make the car easier to maintain. Ceramic coating adds slickness, helps repel dirt and water, and keeps the finish looking cleaner between washes.
For a performance car like an M2, this matters. The car is going to be driven. It is going to see bugs, brake dust, road film, and weather. Ceramic coating reduces how much grime sticks, making routine washing safer, and helping the finish stay sharp over time.

On the wheels, coating helps brake dust release more easily and reduces buildup over time. Wheels on performance cars can get dirty fast, and this is one of the best ways to keep them easier to maintain without constant heavy scrubbing.
