Important Information about VIP Plans

  • No contract is required, and cancellation can be made at any time.
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive staining, trash removal, soiled carpets, or pet hair.
  • Membership approval depends on the pre-condition of the vehicle, which might require a recommended detailing package.
  • Pick up and drop off services are available, subject to a travel fee.
  • The VIP Plan covers only one vehicle per plan with no exceptions.
  • As an appointment-based business, missed car washes do not roll over to the next month, but efforts will be made to remind you to use your service within the calendar month.
